Ryan later transitioned into digital marketing, joining Nifty Marketing when it was still a small, local agency. From managing campaigns in the trenches to overseeing both the SEO and Ads departments, he played a key role in scaling the agency from a three-person team into a 30+ employee powerhouse—driving growth from a few hundred thousand dollars in revenue to nearly $9 million and through a private equity acquisition.
